INDIA AND THE CORONA!

If we see different norms and the ability of countries to handle corona from spreading, every other country whether developed or almost developed is appreciating the efforts of India in controlling the spread though having the second largest population after China.

But the question is, how this has been possible?

What are the steps taken by India different from other countries to handle this pandemic situation better?

1. The country has done lockdown early as compared to other countries which have lead to no sudden increase in the cases of corona patients.

2. The government has imposed full country lockdown.

3. The country is providing daily wages to the workers.

4. The government is also providing free food to poor communities.

5. The government officials are working day and night to not to allow the people to roam on streets and roads

6. The government also imposed Section 144 far before the lockdown.

7. The Doctors and the patients and take utmost care in hospitals.

8. Daily commodities and needs are being delivered to each and every home from a call.

9. Masks and sanitizers are made in bulk for safer and continuous use for affected patients and doctors.

10. The news channel is providing day to day news and reports about coronavirus, which was also appreciated by the Prime Minister.

11. All the flights, rails, buses, and all the traveling systems have been closed and shut down.

12. There have been many government official sites made, in real order to maintain the precautionary measures up to date and provide it to common people.

These are some of the main steps taken by the Indian Government to help whole country in this pandemic spread of virus.

Latest News from India about Corona:

The number of COVID-19 cases in India rose by 505 in 24 hours to 3,577 overnight as testing picked up the pace to check and contain the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. 

The death toll rose by eight to 83 while 275 people have been either cured, discharged, or migrated from the country, according to the latest health ministry data. 

Today, April 5, 2020, marks the 12th day of the three-week coronavirus.

Coronavirus India update: 

The number of cases in India saw a dramatic increase of over 700 to 4,314 and the death toll rose to 118, showed Worldometer data. 

Meanwhile, amid criticism for not reaching out to the Opposition even as the country faced a grave health crisis and a 21-day lockdown, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday called up several Opposition leaders, including Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi, besides former prime ministers and presidents of the country.

Meanwhile, a five-member team from the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) collected exhibits from the Tablighi Jamaat headquarters in Delhi’s Nizamuddin. At least 9,000 people participated in the religious congregation in Nizamuddin last month. So far, over 400 coronavirus positive cases and about 15 deaths in India have been detected which are linked to the religious congregation held at the Nizamuddin headquarters of the Tablighi Jamaat in mid-March
